A scientometric study of articles on health effectiveness in Russia

BACKGROUND: The relevance of this study lies in the systematic analysis scientific and methodological approaches to evaluation health care as a multidimensional multi-level system.
 AIM: To systematize effectiveness system Russian Federation.
 MATERIALS AND METHODS: A retrospective categorical original studies belonging genre article devoted (quality) Russia, published domestic periodicals from period 2011 2021, was carried out. included following parameters: healthcare system, efficiency, methods revealed 144 publications. usual selection process excluded 17 Based on inclusion exclusion criteria, 48 sources were selected. All divided into either medical non-medical according author's specialization. allowed for revelation parameterization scientific-methodological tendencies researches public statistical-structural-dynamic characteristics specialization author (medical specialization). main used research analyzed.
 RESULTS: structure publications dominated by results (64%). No reviews meta-analyses identified. increase dynamics publication activity stated topic due research. Most trials conducted at meso-level (70.8%). There virtually no works countrywide level. set sociological, medical-statistical economic tool studying efficiency. Sociological analyzing official statistics prevailed pure form. Demography mathematical modeling least used. quantitative differences found authors' Differences gravitation toward different types efficiency observed depending researchers' specialization, well frequency social their meso- macro-level use apparatus these efficiency.
 CONCLUSION: core is formed obtained meso-level, with being practically absent. Systematic completely homogeneity methods. findings suggest that there practical need qualitative systematization experience gained particularly national level, prerequisite effective planning its development.
